Among Milvus improvements in Update 44, we highlight the addition of new options for ChatGPT integration settings.
When the configuration/integration screen is displayed, after inserting the token, the customer will have the option to copy it. On the same screen, options were added for customer customization, so the user can enable or disable the Ticket Sentiment, the Suggestion to Start Service, the Suggestion to Resolve the Ticket, and the Text Suggestion to End the Ticket.
