Milvus offers new features every month, adding value to our partners at each delivery. In this Update 51, we’ve introduced ticket preview changes in ticket list display.
One of the changes to the ticket preview layout is the addition of the following buttons: play, schedule, and desktop. They help make service easier, as there is no need to open the ticket to make service changes.
In addition, we optimized the list of ticket events, promptly displaying the last 7 logs with a “See more” button. Finally, a list of ChatGPT suggestions was also implemented, so the operator doesn’t need to open the ticket.
