Among the improvements in this Update 53 designed to add value to your business, Milvus introduces the selection of multiple attachments.
This feature was already available for some functionalities of the system, such as when creating tickets via management portal and customer forms. Now, all resources offering file attachment have the option to attach multiple files at once, as in the attachments on the ticket screen.
