Every month, Milvus introduces new features that transform the operations of our partners. Innovative resources and intelligent solutions ensure market competitiveness. One of these new features launched in April is the Error log for ticket automation.
It can be used when the dashboard has ticket automations and, for some reason, the configuration doesn’t work as expected. Whether for field alteration or data inclusion, the system will now issue an error log in the ticket.
This way, you can view and add a reason to explain why the automation didn’t work as expected.
