Milvus launches new resources every month to ensure the sustainable growth of our partners. In April, one of these improvements refers to unification of attachment logs and email attachment logs.
Now, when attaching a file, only one log will be generated with information about the attached file and who performed the action. Also, logs have been unified for emails with attachments that are sent and received within a ticket.
Therefore, an email log will be generated and the attachments will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. For emails with more than one file, click “See more” to view the email and all its attachments.
