Milvus offers new features every month, adding value to our partners at each delivery. After the improvements made in the last update that included new use options for the customer’s business units, now operators will be able to view and extract business unit information in customized report.
When creating a personalized report, the customer will have the new business unit column, which can also be used in filters linked to tickets and devices.
