Milvus offers new features every month, adding value to our partners at each delivery. Therefore, in this Update 51, we’ve introduced button support for the official WhatsApp API.
Now you have button support to improve the end customer experience during the chat end process. It will ensure easy interaction when the customer provides a score for the service provided.
Note: This feature of button support for the official WhatsApp API is only supported in the official WhatsApp META integration.
