Milvus offers new features every month, adding value to our partners at each delivery. Our new customer service feature uses chat integration with Telegram app (Chat and Telegram integration).
Just like the integration with WhatsApp already available in the system, the customer now has another option for customer service. The configuration is similar to that with WhatsApp. All you have to do is scan the QR Code on Telegram to start using this resource. All WhatsApp features and functionalities (except for using Telegram as an outgoing call number) are also available in this new integration with Telegram.
Notes: In this integration with Telegram, operators are not allowed to call customers, they can only receive calls.
On the chat screen, the chat will be marked with the Telegram icon.
