Now, operators can receive notifications of new messages directly on their smartphones, which can speed up your service process.
Note: Notifications will NOT be sent to a smartphone when the web portal is open.
Chat notification triggers must be enabled on the manager portal.
Be sure chat notification triggers are enabled in your manager app.
Your device will now receive chat notification via Android and iOS app .
