Display/hide chat logs

Every month, Milvus introduces new features that transform the operations of our partners. Innovative resources and intelligent solutions ensure market competitiveness. One of the new features in April allows users to display/hide chat log filter.

Now you have the option to choose whether to display or hide the logs created when linking a chat to a ticket using the filter list already existing in the ticket.
