Every month, Milvus offers innovative features to its partners. Our frequent deliveries help customers stand out from competitors and increase their performance. Among the new features in April, we now have integration with Acronis Security Cloud.
Integration with Acronis system allows centralized monitoring and management of alerts directly from Milvus. In other words, the alerts received by the system become tickets.
Also, Milvus will have a dedicated area for alerts received from the Acronis system. It will facilitate and speed up the service process for your team.
To help customer management, Milvus automatically links customers from both databases, based on their CNPJ numbers.
