Mention someone in a ticket

Milvus offers new features every month, adding value to our partners at each delivery. In this Update 53, you have new features that improve communication between system operators and between operators and customers, as the option of mention someone in a ticket.

Now, customers will be able to mention operators and ticket contacts using @name when making a comment. This way, both the operator and the mentioned contact will be notified by email about this mention.
