Accessible hyperlinks on the ticket

At Milvus, evolution is crucial. Therefore, we deliver new features every month to improve our partner experience and optimize their work routine. And, among the new features for April, we’ve introduced accessible hyperlinks on the ticket.

Now, whenever a customer receives a ticket with an accessible link, the system will recognize such link for easy access to information.

Also, you’ll be notified if the system identifies a link to malicious data. The links can also be used with end customers using ticket-related emails, which are already issued by the system.
