Alteration to “Returned” filter

At Milvus, evolution is crucial. Therefore, we deliver new features every month to improve our partner experience and optimize their work routine. And, among the new features for April, we’ve introduced one alteration to “Returned” filter.

Now, on the dashboard and in the ticket list, the filter will be displayed as “Last customer interaction” for a better description of this filter.
