Milvus offers new features every month, adding value to our partners at each delivery. This new feature in Update 49 allows operators to set a desktop rule for email.

With this feature, a rule is applied during the ticket creation process via email, ensuring that requests for a specific desktop have their tickets retained and seen only by people authorized for that desktop.

Therefore, this improvement in the system will ensure a higher level of security for content with confidential information.
