Customizing fields on the ticket closure screen

In this Milvus Update 46, we present the possibility: customizing fields on the ticket closure screen. This way, the customer will have the option to choose which existing content will be displayed and used to fill in information on the ticket closure screen.

Operators can remove options that are not commonly used in their routine, optimize the use of text fields, and make some fields mandatory or not.

By disabling some field views, the operator will have a cleaner view, displaying only desired fields.

Note: Ticket closure comment is a mandatory field that cannot be removed from this screen. 

If the customer chooses not to have the time stamp visible at ticket closure, he or she can change time stamps on the usual billing screens.
