New rules for ticket reopening

Following market trends and always seeking to offer the best to our partners, Milvus provides monthly system updates. In this Update, we offer new rules for ticket reopening.

With this new improvement, customers will have the option to allow tickets to be reopened or not when responding to ticket closure emails. The new rule, available in Ticket -> Configuration -> Ticket creation, ensures that, if the option is disabled, the ticket will not be automatically reopened when the customer responds to the closure email.

However, even with disabled option, the customer will still have the possibility to reopen the ticket using a button provided in the email.

This new feature avoids situations where the customer accidentally reopens a ticket by simply sending a thank you in the closure email.
